Correspondence concerns sculpture by Leon Hermant for the Calvert Street Bridge, Work No. 263. Correspondence also concerns sculpture for the Gettysburg Peace Memorial, Work No. 340. Correspondence contains letters from Cret asking for estimates on each of the projects. These letters were sent to Lawrie and as well as the following other sculptors: John Gregory, Benjamin F. Hawkins, Edmond Amateis, Malvina Hoffman, Albert Stewart, and Sidney Waugh.
